Design Director
For a neighbourhood bringing a new standard of luxury, named after King Abdulaziz’s racehorse and inspired by the nearby racecourse, NHC required a statement for the future of Riyadh. Speaking to Ebayya’s provenance and ambition. A story of progress.
To create a luxury brand and full suite of launch materials for one of NHC’s most ambitious neighbourhoods, translating equestrian heritage into a contemporary identity for Riyadh’s future.
The idea drew on equestrian heritage and modern ambition, expressed through a refined visual identity, kinetic typography and a monogram inspired by the curves of a race track. This created a distinctive luxury presence across print, digital and environmental touchpoints.

At the heart of the brand is a sense of momentum and lineage. The typography was crafted to feel in motion, echoing the rhythm of the racecourse, while the monogram takes direct inspiration from its form. As a flagship move into luxury for NHC, the project defined a new visual benchmark.
